Medical Vacation Executive Health Comprehensive Checkup for Women

The medical tourism Executive Health Comprehensive Checkup is for women over the age of 50 and consists comprehensive lab work ranging from a complete chemical profile to cholesterol testing to a CA 125 level screening for ovarian cancer. A chest X-ray and abdominal ultrasound are then performed. The program also offers cardio, auditory and visual screenings. Along with the electrocardiogram, the Executive Health Program Basic Super Special offers a cardiac stress test, a respiratory function test and a cardiac protein C reactive test for Heart disease risk assessment. A breakfast and light lunch are offered prior to the gynecological examination. All testing and screening is performed by Hospital Punta Pacifica’s American trained staff of medical professionals.

As the Executive Health Comprehensive Checkup is a two day affair, breakfast lunch and dinner will be served the first day and a luxury suite will be provided for your over-night comfort. The second day begins with breakfast followed by a colonoscopy. Following your comprehensive physical examination, you will discuss your final medical report with your Panama doctor. Recommendations for your personal and nutritional health and well being will be provided before you depart our Johns Hopkins International affiliated facility.

Laboratory Work

  • Chemistry Profile (total protein, albumin, calcium, phosphorous, glucose, blood urea nitrogen, uric acid, creatinine, total bilirubin, direct bilirubin, indirect bilirubin, alkaline phosphatase, SGOT, SGPT.
  • Electrolytes: sodium, potassium, chloride, C02.
  • Thyroid Profile: free T4, thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH).
  • Urinalysis
  • Lipid Profile (total cholesterol, triglycerides, high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL), low density   lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL).
  • Complete Blood Count (includes platelet count and differential).
  • Hemoccult Sensa Kit
  • HIV Antibodies Test
  • CPR –HS (cardiac protein C-reactive).
